Yes the roof is covered in moss and the sea gulls keep pecking at it and it filled up the gutters so we empty them every 3 months nice little job just over 300 meters in total it's a big building only got a small part of it in the picture , it also has a courtyard in the centre of the building with a load of guttering to .

Very nice earner then, well as long as someone doesn't clean their roof /emoticons/biggrin.png

Yes I did offer to clean the roof for them but they said they would rather have the gutters emptied every three months , nice little add on to the window clean
