advice please

have just been and looked at a job to clean this house, im unsure if hypo is going to be the right chem for the job as it doesnt seem to be the usual red and black runs also there are loads of plants and grass right up to the house and dont want to kill them. any help would be much appreciated.

I would hypo it give the grass a wet down first then wet it down again after hypo never had a problem and I've used some strong mixes at times

I would use 5 parts water 1 part hypo apply it leave for 20 mins you might need to apply further treatments , keep the dog away whilst doing it rinse thoroughly and it will be fine

i hypo my path round the house every 2 weeks cos i have 3 dogs, a good rinse of n their fine
