Chat now added to the android app

I have updated our android app which includes several bug fixes as well as adding the chat feature which has been available on iOS for a while.

The chat area in the app is essentially a chat room any logged in member can use the chat room and from time to time links to current topics will also be posted in the chat room.

The iOS app has also had an update which fixes several bugs and issues with notification synching.
