Black wash is 10% hypo Tench, all you need to do is use a 2% mix and try it out on a small test area Beer. As far as I'm aware you won't damage paint with a weak mix of hypo. Is that a painted mortar render there on that house Beer?

Yes, to treat render a mix of 2% is normally used and it will work a treat on that pebble dash! What size of property is that as the picture is not the best or your description of the property to give a price to clean the walls.

What strength oh Hypo have you got Beer, 10/15%?  if it's 10% mix 1 litre with 4 litres of water gives you a 2% mix and if you have the 15% mix 1 litre with 6 litres of water to give you a 2.14% mix  :5_thumbsup:

dont for get your ppe m8 u will need eye protection water proofs as u dont want to bleach your clothes  resperator as u dont want to burn the hairs on your lungs

Hiya NCS if your palnning on doing a lot of chem cleaning invest in whatever pump you can afford but if you just want to get you by until you've done a few get a shurflow with viton seals or an ips pro sprayer. Not the fastest applicator but will keep you going.. just remember to flush out after every job as not to shorten the life of the pump
