Ladders

Guys in just trying to work out the minimum size ladders I would need to get to a new build detached houses gutters. 

Ideally I wouldn't mind getting a telescopic 5 meter ladder but they might be a bit short.. Just dont want a ladder on too of the van because they will get robbed. 

We carry Ramsey 3.5 meter double window pointer ladders inside the van for this type of thing only gets used occasionally, but will reach all big detached houses in our area ( 2 storey) however property heights do differ around the country
