Window Cleaning Round for sale Derby DE7 area

I'm thinking of selling part of my round due to a slight change in circumstances.
 
The work is worth 600 quid per month, but I'm not sure what's a fair price to ask for it.
 
The round is all within a mile of Smalley Village and Heanor, near Ilkeston.
 
Any thoughts in what I should ask for it and more importantly is anyone interested or know anyone who might be?
