Zebra stripes

Been asked to clean gutters on a lovely house normally no probs ,but noticed on the the gutters there are black / grey stripes like a zebras back, would spraying hippo on the gutters and leave it sit for 20 mins then rinse get rid of the stripes and if so how much hypo do I add to a 20l container. Thanks

I normally get up on the ladder with a bit of neat degreaser and some steel wool seems to take them off quite well.

I can't do that the house is far too big I would be there for days doing it that way
