I put 8 of my card windows cleaned today in two rows of four on my scanner, saved to computer and print of paper copies (one sheet has 8 widows cleaned) then cut with scissors.

When I leave them just put date and time on, and collection day if required.

I get business cards from vistaprint which are fairly standard on the front, then on the back says

Your windows have been cleaned today __/__

Please transfer £__ to my account in the next 7 days

No 12345679

Sort code 12-34-56

Please use your address as reference


looks professional and costs about 3p a card

I leave a headed A4 invoice. Date, customer reference number, description of services, breakdown of prices, sub total, arrears, total and payment options. Make em at home with word. I do offer e-billing too where I email em the same thing
