Anybody suffer with carpal tunnel

I've had problems with my wrist for about 5 years had x-rays bones are fine

Going for a emg ( electromyogarphy and nerve conduction ) to see whats up with them

If you do. How do you cope with work just carry on like i am?

I do suffer sometimes from wrist pain/tiredness. Have you tried any of these exercises:

Also may be an idea to visit a physiotherapist.

1500mg of Bromelain supplement from Holanda & baretts and a high dose 1500mg vitamin B12 & 100mg B6 and buy Velcro/ metal wrist splints to put on at night. My wife suffers with it and has found this to work and lead a pain free life. She had it bad and would wake up with her hands clawed in a cramp. Best of luck!

have the release opperation and not suffer any more but it's 8
6 to 8 weeks off work
