Using Squeegee

Hi I'm looking to find a licenced window cleaner to take me on as I need a career change but I'm finding it difficult to find one in my area.

i have went out and bought a Squeezee, bucket etc but I can't seem to master the blading/squeegee technique 100%, leaving a couple of streaks.

Any ideas how I can get this part of it up to a decent standard so I can approach a company for work?

ps I'd even be willing to take a trainee wage until I'm up to scratch..
