Hi, I've got a job on a massive house that has been under construction for the last 20 years and they have Pilkington's activ self cleaning glass been fitted for at least the last 15 years. They have moved into a wing (about a third of the size of the house) a few years ago and I've been doing that third of the windows for 3years. On the 1st clean they were that bad I had to put scaffold up and scrub with fairy and a sponge for 2 days with two of us. Even then they weren't perfect for a long time- about 6 cleans.

The other 2/3 is almost ready and id like to be a bit cleverer about it this time.

Is there a chem that will work to remove 15 years of building muck/general filth but won't damage the coating? (titanium dioxide I think) I can't take risks though, If I damage the glass it will be expensive!!

Thanks.
