Out with the old in with the new

Recently had another cull taken a few off the books for one reason or another, also had a couple of customers move out the area, but the last two weeks I have been getting plenty of new customers mostly recommendations from existing customers and Facebook also I have been getting more and more big houses in the sticks. 

That's the way to go! I've done the same recently....

I'm also in the process of putting up my prices by £2 a clean.

Always good to hear of people's businesses doing well. I have put most of my prices up in the last year by £1. With a few to go up early next year along with pricing new work higher.

Noticed the longer you do this job, the easier it is to replace culled customers, got a new one Friday myself...nice end to the week, and I always charge slightly more...so working for more...luvly jublee.

That's so true I have enough for two of us, even thinking about taking son in law on maybe next year as he fancies a career change.
