What size pole for town house..?

Hi as above but with attic pods in roof...what would be a safe length and any examples light weight would be great..very thankful

Minimum 27', probably safer with a 35'. Photos would be helpful to show angle etc

If you have 25' and a 45' pole you can clean pretty much everything.

A 35’ does just about everything residential I have come across with ease. I only carry a 35’ and just use the top 4 sections as my everyday pole which handles 80% of my work, but can easily pop the other sections on as and when I need them.

It'll depend on the night lol... some town houses I get away with using my 22' others I need to put an extension pole on...
