Make sure you are charging very very well and that you are fully insured incase they come back to you about damaged glass etc.

I avoid like the plague they want to pay peanuts and are pia to do.

 Patience.  It's monotonous work. Try not to get angry like are used to..good luck!

time consuming, you will know after this clean how long it takes in general, to price next one if you do any.

i personally wouldnt,  companys dont like to pay  top wack.     unless you are asked personally  then you can demand your price.

oh yes,  CEMENT on glass and frames,  they will call you back if any complaints by the new home owner.

plent of water and a scraper

i done one the last 2 weekends old building with old windows and new fancy office fit out inside glass partitions as far as the eye can see!

took a long time scrapping and trying to walk away then spotting another bit needing a scrape bit of a pain but hoping to get the regular clean on it so thought i should make an effort! best of luck mate get the tunes on and crack on with it!

Top tip: don't do it.  Spend the time canvassing up quality repeat work instead

Just finished a builders clean yesterday New Poundland / Pep & co store all internal mezzanine glass , glass staircase , shop front in & out

I enjoy Builders cleans but they are time consuming

Well I done it hardest £40 I have Earned took me 2.5 hours so went over a bit on time didn’t get them perfect but they was happy
It was good experience
