hi can enbody help just changed my filters and membrane was working great but now not getting any paywater  any ideas thanks

It'll more likely be the membrane incorrectly fitted.

Don't know what RO you're using, but when mine was assembled by the store who sold it to me, they fitted a small piece inside, back to front. The peice involved is supposed to direct the water to the right part of the membrane so that it flows correctly. By fitting it backwards it blocked the flow instead and damaged the part.

On mine the water is suposed to be directed around the outside of the membrane and forced through it to the inside so that the pure water flows out of the middle at the opposite end and the waste flows from the side at the opposite end.

i got mine from cleaningspot been in touch with them an they told me to take plastic off cartridge     dose this sound right ?

If your cartridges came with a celophane wrapping then yes that will be the problem if you haven't removed it.

SORRY M8 JUST GOT BACK  I TOOK PLASTIC OFF AND IT STARTED TO UNRAVEL       SENT FOR 2 NEW ONES FROM XLINE    HOPE THESE WORK
