I have already quoted this one today and got the job. I'm happy with my price but just wondering what others would quote.

I know prices vary different parts of country. I'm based South Wales.

Price for gutters emptied and upvc cleaned and also windows clean.

How much would you charge thereafter for a 4 weekly window clean.

Middle photo is the rest of the front of the house.

First photo, middle section of gutter looks damaged hence reason for dirty gutters as it looks the low point. Probably needs repairing with a new bracket otherwise going to continue to leak. £120 for gutters, £120 for fascias, big soffits and windows. £20 for monthly window clean thereafter. Sunderland

Yup it does need replacing which I will sort.

But the reason it's dirty still and a strip on the lower section is because when the person cleaned them last year there was something in the way so didn't clean those parts.

£250 ish for the full hit. 35 for the windows regular. South wales also . If the sash bars are on the outside i wouldn’t take it on as a regular clean, had episodes before where the glue or adhesive has worn away (or is just pants) and they fall off. Spend more time on the ladder going up to fart around fitting them back on. And above that front extension you’d need to get on the roof to re-fit it. Not good. also a bugger to clean with wfp, cant scrub hard at all. Dont take on houses anymore where all the windows have external sash bars fitted its a nightmare. Nice tidy job you got yourself there [emoji4]

Gotta be £120 for gutters. £20-£25 a month for regular clean. I’m in Gloucestershire.
