Why oh why oh why do people put that spray snow on windows!!? Between that and peple using markers to draw on the glass too, come January it makes it an absolute nightmare to remove. Got some awful post Christmas windows to do.. dreading it.

I've never had anyone do that before but if they ever do they will find a nasty price hike and then dumped if they moan. It's pretty disrespectful covering your windows in spray paint and then expecting your window cleaner to sort it out, don't take it lying down.

I used to do an office once and they put the snow on the glass, I tried hard to remove it, some came off, so I told them I couldn't get it off, and left it at thst.

Just explain to the client that you will remove all acts of god ie bird poo pollution and natural dirt that accumulates over time between cleans . but man made mess intentionally caused by the client you can not clean because at such times as xmas and halloween you would be there to long . liken it to if she painted the windows white would she expect you to scrape it off most will totally understand. and  remember once you do it once they will expect it every time. there is not enough hours in the year to clean all that
