Roof cleaning

Hi chaps, wanting to be fair and not undercut what is the average price for a 3 bed home roof clean..? To clear moss.

Thankyou, I'm based in Manchester and suffer plenty of cowboys with no business overheads.. advertising very cheap, suffered a bit of this when quoting gutters..i suppose it's in every trade, managed to win a few quotes with explaining our overheads to do a safe legit job after they've thought I was expensive.. I think I'm too cheap at £20 a Gutter but that's all they want to pay.
I did laugh the other day, competition with a no insurance sticker on his window with police behind and a tow truck pulling up..
And his triple ladders on his car.
Anyway I'll give this my best,thanks again.
