Go cardless

Set up go careless done a test payment from my personal account.

Date i did the request 17th customer (me) getting billed on 24th pay out date 26th

That's 9 days to get paid is this right fort it was 3-5 days before i get paid ?

Not sure, I've never counted I just know it appears withing a week or so. 9 days sounds about right 

I will be contacting them Monday.  supposed to be 5 business days ( Mon -fri) lately seems more like 10-12 days. 

I signed up to go cardless last year and said it was 1 % i am now only offering this to new clients so i take control sick of been messed about.
So thought i would try it out.
Signed my self up all ok
Email came through i had someone signed up (me) email on personal email stating i had DD with my company.
Logged in to GC my name was there and when to create payment so put in £1 it said it would be debited from customer on 24th which is 7 days from my request and i would receive it on 26th 2 days after which in total is 9 days when i sign up it was 5 days .
Also no more 1 % my account is now £0.20 Min or 1% up to £2
So now all different why ?
