Wall cleaning - how to remove white residue/marks?

This wall has been treated with Benz biocidal, is there any way of removing the white marks?

Jet washing has been tried in the past and not worked.

It's Efflorescence caused by the natural salts that occur in building materials.
Pressure washing will only remove the top layer of it it will look clean for a couple of days long enough to get paid!!!
But it still comes back.
Brick acid also has the same effect.
It will stop eventually but can take year especially as it's a planter wall with the soil behind it.
I have used this before from my local builders merchant.
I have used this before and it does delay the process but it's not a quick fix

Also was told about cleaning it with vinigar.
