Just wondered if anyone has tired the new xline brushes with DuPont bristles, they are sill and rectangular. Thinking of giving them a try

Think they was only released a couple of days ago , do look good tho , just bought the normal one this week with rinse bar really impressed

I hate also bad mouthing a company and tried everything to resolve but andys approach is ignore when they have your money
Sorry Andy but you could have at least called me back
The window cleaning communtity is small and word spreads quickly
I hope I bump into you at a show just so I can express my opinion in public
I'm going to have drive over to shop when I'm not busy and bump them poles on your desk

It’s a shame when a company can’t follow up with aftersales, given the age of social media and forums it’s a very short sighted approach.

I haven’t had any problems with x-line so I can’t comment, the only dealings were a query about the product on eBay before my purchase which was answered quickly, but I have had a very similar experience with guttercleaningsystems.co.uk so I can appreciate where you are coming from, it’s frustrating and unnecessary. Hope you get it sorted.

I've got the xline pole it's just over 6 months old and it looking like it's almost ready for the bin never again the balance of it is not good eather the top section is quiet heavy so even with a extreme brush on it it's still kills your shoulders
