Had a new hose from them last year, arrived with a few easily fixable issues (loose washers etc) but otherwise fine. problem occurred when it started ******* water out everywhere. not to worry, a quick call and ive got new seals on the way with a couple thrown in free of charge. lovely service. cant fault them down there
