Chemical clean window sills

Had a customer text me today saying she isn't happy she's come home and sills are worse than what they where before

I’d class the stone work as part of the building and nothing to do with window cleaning. Unless you have stated exactly what your cleaning then she probably won’t even notice the brick work has been done. As far as the actual sill goes then they look the same as before you cleaned them, deffo not worse. Maybe dirt has run from between the frame and the sill after you left.

No it was chemical cleaned and the markings is just where the dirt was prior to clean I washed the sills one dirt was lifted and went back the following day to make sure nothing else has happend. I really dont get how it's worse

The brick sill is what was cleaned as it was black but over time the sunlight would bake and change the colour on the sill naturally . I'm a cleaner not a renovater lol

I don’t know much about chemical cleaning but they look fine to me. Maybe you got chemicals on her lawn and that’s her way of showing her anger. People are funny like that. The amount of times I’ve heard the old “leave till further notice as we are getting new windows” and five years later they’ve still got the same ones but a lot dirtier. She’s probably skint and can’t afford to pay you.
