That's crazy! No feet on the ladders, ladders in the road, bucket hanging off the stand off and a piece of timber with the stand off resting on it. He'll come unstuck one day for sure.

To make it worse, he could of butted them ladders up against them railings to stop them going anywhere. Pub time

I'm not sure he's a window cleaner to be honest. There's a hammer on the floor and a broom. He's still a donut though. 

Looks like he’s rendering above the window and the piece of wood with his bucket of cement on is also holding the weight of the ladder so he can get extra height to get above the window. Deffo not ideal. Should of at least gone for a bigger ladder or most would probs go for tower scaffold.
