Price increase via Gocardless

I'd like to be rising my prices every year by 5%. And I've got around 40% of customers signed up to gocardless (and trying to improve that figure!).

How is it best to inform the customers that are on gocardless? Can I do it via Cleaner Planner? As thats the system I use.

Do you leave invoices after you clean?

We cleaned your windows today. Current balance: £15.00

New price as of March 2018: £16.00

That’s what I do now and it works for me. Or if they’re in just tell them then.
