Very hard line scale

Evening guys have some real heavy water scaling on some ground floor Windows. Used various products but nothing's shifting it.

Any ideas?

Try vikal you can get it in most supermakets

Commercial toilet cleaner/descaler it’s thick and doesn’t drain down the glass, put it on with applicator leave it for 10 minuets, squeegee it off. Might need to repeat process a couple of times. I have to do inside swimming pool shower doors and that’s the only thing I find that works.
