Cleaning walls rendering

When cleaning rendering, what's the best way to keep the water and sh aligned.

I worry that the over spray with go on the neighbours side and they'll end up complaining as well.

If you apply it with wfp through the brush you won’t get any drift just need to make sure you get a straight line down the property
