The pressure switch normally sits on top of the pump where some wires go in. You should get to it by removing a small cover. A picture would help. Normally it's a high quality microswitch.

Brodex used to fit Varistream controllers and then they were fitting Spring controllers.

So yes, you can fit a single Spring controller. You can also fit a varistream controller as well.

This PCB actually looks like the replacement for a Varistream controller.

But if you look at the system they are offering here, you will see that they have the Spring controller as part of the system

They also sell the controllers (both single and double) as spare parts on this page

any of you guys know which wires go to the battery and pump ,2 black 2 red but numbered 1 to 4 ?

I think your best bet is to ask Spring controllers.

On the old Streamline Frostats No 1 was red and it was the main positive (+) feed from the battery and should have a 7.5 amp inline fuse.

No 2 was black and that was the return to the negative (-) of the battery.

No 3 was red and that was to the red (+) wire of the pump

No 4 was black and the negative (-) from the pump back to the controller.

But I would expect that your pump will be wired the same but I would check as I wouldn't take any responsibility if your controller is wired differently.
