Screw fix degreaser £5.99

That's all I use . I've tried everything , and to be honest I can't tell any difference between all of em . The screwfix is the cheapest and easiest to get hold of . So as far as I'm concerned it's the winner .

Just got some of this today haven't used it yet. Is this something that you could put into everyday mixture in small doses for trad cleaning? Or is it specialised for other things? Also would it be best to avoid this getting on the skin?

Mainly suited in our line of work for uPVC and Conny roof cleans, however I have used it on nicotine stained interiors and on a takeaway I did a couple of times, to try and cut through the extra crud. It did work quite well, but killed the slip and suds which made it a bit harder to trad with. But if you do a lot of hairdressers, takeaways, restaurants etc (know your commercial, not sure of the makeup of your round) may be worth using for those really mucky jobs, just make up a 500ml spray bottle at 20:1, quick spray on glass leave 2 mins, then trad as if you've not put it on glass, will help lift grease, hairspray etc. Wouldn't use it in bucket as it's not the most friendly on hands.

Great, thought it was a misprint, going to get some today. I have used all 3 (ubik, virosol & degreaser) and not much difference. Reason I prefer degreaser is because it dries white and great for fsg.

Don't know the shelf life but Had mine over a year and it's still works great, I have cut down on Connie roofs and pvcu cleaning now, most of my add ons  I pass on to a fella that cleans and repairs gutters etc he is not a windie, does a brilliant job.

I'm the same, I do the windows and some pvc jobs but hand most over to my mate who only does pvc cleaning. Its a perfect combination and means you are not running about mad trying to catch up and undertake everything. Too much work is worse then too little work because all you end up doing is making customers angry when you keep putting them back. Anyhow I got 25 tubs of degreaser for £5.98, a penny cheaper but I forgot about the shelf life. As long as you don't let it freeze then it should be ok, I hope and if you use it with hot water its even better, dirt just runs off.
