Creosote / ronseal on upvc

Got a customer with creosote / ronseal fence spray on there upvc frames . Any ideas of what to use to get it off ?

I used isopropyl but then used pvc cleaner and it came off quicker.

I did it yesterday and came off easy.

I had a coating of something like silicon smear on my glass and today I tried the isopropyl alcohol and it came off easy. Customer was over the moon because it was new windows they had installed.

Carburetor and injector cleaner worked far better than PVC cleaner, isopropyl alcohol failed

PVC solvent cleaner will remove most things of the frames
