Wondering if a soft flock brush would be best.  And thinking or working horizontally doing the windows in rows.  Is this how you would tackle them?  Any other tips?

I use flock brushes on wooden and just clean as normally I do try to use top of the brush to wipe drips from the underneath of the top frame on sash windows if that makes sense.

If you use a standard DT brush, try  tilting it diagonally on the glass (easier with a swivel neck) it doesn’t catch on the cross sections. Works the same with leaded. Flocked is much smoother though.

I brush them at a slight angle and brush the whole top section and rinse it all and same below.

On Georgian in general I brush the whole window/door first then rinse after row by row
