Social Media Advertising

My question is about setting up alerts. Is there a way you can be alerted if someone asks for window cleaning recommendations. I don't bother posting on there if its already got a bunch of comments because i don't want to look desperate but it seems to be the same people at the top all the time. Either they spend their lives on social media searching for it or they have some sort of alert set up. What am I missing here?

On Facebook, certainly the marketplace if not selling groups you search for something so either window cleaner or window cleaning and click the bell below. Any posts thus on with those words will give you a notification.
