iPhone App login

It logged me out yesterday and I can’t seem to login back in. 

Says login failed and pages and pages of html script. ??

Same for me. Won’t let me login using my iPhone app but it will if I use the desktop site through my browser. 

Same here no problem logging in with browser. 

Have deleted app and downloaded again but still the same. ??

I tried deleting the app as well. I’m thinking maybe it’s something to do with the update. Maybe now need an iPhone update. 

Andriod user here. Asking me to login, when I try it just asks again. I can still comment etc as it is.

All fixed now everyone. It was due to a software update on the forum not being compatible with the app. This should now be fixed.

Hmm iOS or Android? Have you tired uninstalling and reinstalling?

That's very odd and is it definitely our branded app and not the generic Tapatalk app?

If it is our branded app try going to your android settings then apps. Find our app and clear the app cache and data. See if that works.

Please also ensure the app is up to date.
