Hi everyone. I just cleaned this lady’s windows and now she wants a price for cleaning guttering , fascias, and soffits front and back. How much per meter would you say for future reference. I’m based in South Wales. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

I'd charge £25 a side for that size job, solely because I can't be arsed with measuring. So a job like that would be £75 + windows for main house. Is that an single storey extension I can see? If so I'd charge £15 a side for that as well. Im in Swansea so not too far away, so easily achieved where you are.

They won't come up perfect there's bound to be staining on there, make sure you explain that. Just remember "you can't polish a turd"

Piece of doddle. Spray with virosol, look at porn on your phone for 15 minuets whist it attacks the algae, wash off with the customers hose attached to your pole (your WFP that is [emoji102])
Genuinely 15 mins? We tend to let the product sit for maybe 30 seconds before we start brushing in wether that be a gutter or Conny roof... Maybe we're not allowing enough sit time?

Let the chemicals do their stuff.

After you spray it on, agitate the worst areas with your brush and leave for a while as the degreaser starts to eat in ?

Just a little footnote. It has been mentioned on here not to leave a strong mix of virosol for too long on white upvc as it can stain. Although this has never happened to me ?

After fifteen muinits it will be dry we spray and with in less than a muinit scrub it comes off straight away
No it’s not. You spray a light dusting of water on the surface of the conny roof or SFG then apply the virosol with a spray bottle.

It would dry in hot direct sunlight, but anyone who chooses to clean a roof in those conditions is making the job more difficult.

Its never dried up on me in all the years I’ve used it
