To change to battery box and battery do you need to remove the wheels. ?

Any videos showing how to would be great.

I did this a while back. You only need to remove one wheel. Undo/cut the black retaining strap and pull apart the bullet connectors that supply power to the controller.

As mentioned in another thread be careful not to trap the wires in the box when glosing it again as the fuse is outside the box. If you short the wires at this point they are not protected inside the box
