Leaking univalve

Got a tiny leak which is coming from the main body of the univalve...only had it a month ..is there anything that can be done or is this normal

Took it apart and wrapped thin layer of the magic ptfe tape around the washer...seems to have done the trick

You should have just sent it back for a new one. The moment you open it up then the warranty is void. Unless it was where the hose connects and was a bit loose.
