First soft wash job on render

Got my first render softwash job.

Have used hypo diluted on patios previously.

Questions.

1. What's the best to use hypo or Benz wash and dilution rates for lightly black stained Krend.

2. Delivery method, backpack or pressure sprayer with Red fan jets or softwash nozzle.

3. Lead flashing. Have heard that the lead can get stained brown. Is this true and can it be prevented or is there a treatment for the lead. ?

1.) ive only ever used Hypo. It was just over 2% like 2.2 (to get technical)

2.) I prefer back pack. And even though I spent £30 on a nozzle, I prefer a fan jet brush.
