How to calculate required water and hypo mix is quite simple, as follows
(Total req mix (ml) * Req mix %)/ hypo % = Amount of hypo req
Amount of water req = Total req mix - hypo req
For example, if you want a 2% mix with a 25l drum (25000ml)
Hypo req= 25000*0.02/0.15= 3333.3ml say 3.5l
Water req= 25000-3333.3= 21666.6ml say 21.5l
you can set up a simple spreadsheet that calculates this for you.
