K Rend Wash Advice

Hi All

When applying the wash to the the k rend do you have to wet the walls first then add wash or does it depend on how bad the staining is.

I was told to just apply wash leave for the correct time on with a bit of light pw or brushing if required then rinse down!

Sounds more logical to wet first and it won’t take that long to do anyway so think I’ll being going that way!

Especially  with this hot weather! Another nugget when softwashing render, you start from the bottom and work your way to the top with the WFP connected to the softwash backpack. I know it sounds daft but that's the technique I saw in the video.
