Building a trolley system?

Has anyone built a trolley system from scratch? I'm considering this option to save a bit of money. How hard can it be? Get a sack trolley, pump, battery and a water bottle. Is there anything else I would have to consider?

I have built a simple system like that, and many others have done it too.

Downside is it only takes 25l barrels so can't clean a whole lot, but it's okay for the few jobs I need it for.

The most simple solution is to get a backpack and strap it to a collapsible sack truck. Job done.
