Facelift backpack charging help

Hi I just bought a second hand backpack but when I plug it in to charge its not lighting up. Is this normal or is there a certain way of charging them?

Maybe thats why the previous owner sold it. I would ask them.

Never buy a second hand backpack mate they’re just over £100 new and they only last 18 months-2 years with regular use. Plastic threads/components wear away over time & batteries are only rated for 2 years ish before they die
