I been offered a 4 bed house to do and wanted to find out the avarage rates per M2

To softwash it, would i use a 3% Hypo mix on this type of surface cheers

Round about £400, a £100 a side is the average on here.

Scottish is about right , for an avarage 3 bed modern semi we are £350 , 4-5 bed detached £400-600 depending on size I have never done it by the sm just look at it and think that will take so long and come up with a price
