Garage workshop floor

Hello guys.

I’ve been asked to clean a commercial garage workshop floor, as you can imagine lots of oil, grease etc. I’ve use Ubik 2000 on a regular basis for pvc cleans etc. Would that do the job or is there any other chemicals that would shift the dirt. I have access to a hot pressure washer as well.

Screw fix degreaser works good on oily driveways !!
Work it all over fairly strong leave it soak then pressure wash off even better if you have access to a hot washer
