Canopy

Have any of you been asked to clean a canopy like one in pic,

Looks like a fabric not plastic if so how you clean it?

I think the answer to this could be a biocide treatment. Wilco green gone is excellent for removing green algae and cost next to nothing. Dont hold me to that for being the right answer but it seems like a logical choice to me. I dont think they’re meant to last forever anyway so if its been up years it may just be worth replacing of the color has faded
