Spray the building down with tap tap water then apply hypo mix 5-1 let it dwell for 10 muinits rub with wfp rinse with garden hose whole job front and back only took 1 hour 10 muinits
Great result. Do you mind me asking how much you charged for that and what area are you from.

I did think that price originally but we do a lot of work in the same area so no traveling time and it filled the day up , only took one hour ten muinits so it was a nice little earner I think if ide quoted £200 we wouldn’t have got the job , Ime also hoping we will pick up a lot more as there are around 150 houses in this estate all very dirty , the owner is highly delighted with what we have done and will recomend us to friends and neighbors so it’s a bit of a sprat to catch a mackerel hopefully ???

I get an internet deal from Bonnymans in Beith Scotland, just up the road from me. I drive up rather than take their free delivery. Ten 25l drums, 10l surfactant, 5l biocide and smell enhancer. It all come to 225 I think.

From a farm supply shop prices varie from £10-15 for 20-25 ltr drums I think the ones we are using at the moment are made by Evans but all are similar just look at the strength most are 10-15%

When you say surfactant what exactly do you mean I usually mix my hypo with some fairy washing up liquid so it sticks a bit , great job btw

Surfactant is just soap to make the bleach stick as you say. I think if you can mix it without a foam party then you are half way there.
