When should i get an accountant ?! And how much should i be earning really before its worth getting one ?

How mych should i be earning b4 i should get an accountant ? And how does it work do i just hand them a sheet of papers and a load of receipts every week ?!someone please help

You can earn £11500 without being taxed on it. So anything above that i imagine. Best to have one from the start though in my opinion. I visit mine once a year and hand him the papers

And take it its just income expenses mileage and receipts and hours you give him once a year ?! Sorry i just went lidgit in january and have took on alot of work and im new to all the tax stuff and thank you very much for your input

To be honest i barely have a clue. Thats why i have an accountant. I hand him the incomings & outgoings once a year, pay my tax and thats pretty much it, i leave it to the wind then.

It really depends on what you know about tax and running a business. If it is very limited, which by the sounds of it it is, then I would advise you to go and see one now. Have a chat with him and then decide
