I run mine at full blast, but I have 100 degree fan jets so they need the extra pressure to work properly. With pencil jets I was at about 75% power.

I have a liquid logic controller which is set at a flow of 39, But I use 0.8mm pencil jets and it goes through 100 meters of 6mm id hose
