Customer service

Read a few topics on here lately about customer service. I’m relatively new to wfp and this week had an issue with an item purchased from Gardiners.

Well got to say can’t fault their customer service, all phone calls,emails etc returned promptly and very helpful, and replacement part sent out same day.

Yeah they really are bang on with everything and their customer service is exceptional in my experience.

Gardiner’s are highly recommended as far as I’m concerned. 

Same, gardiners are absolutely brilliant.
