Why is this important? Well if you have a website you can (naturally..like in a sentence) put these phrases onto your home page for example and this is one way to help your site rank for what is obviously locally searched terms, rather than replying on moz pro which is an seo tool. Last time I checked moz only gave national results for search terms and is expensive.
