Facade cleaning advice please.

Hello guys, iv been asked to clean a small section of the facade on a building we clean the windows for. Iv tested various chemicals. Ubik 2000, Benz blackwash but nothing seems to be bringing it. Any advice please would be great. Iv attached a few pics

You need to identify what has caused the staining or algy growth and then treat it with the appropriate chemical there isn’t one chemical for all staining 

ThermaTec up to 150 degrees at low pressure. 

You could try petrol or diesel with a sponge but be sure to wash it down with soapy water once complete!
